The Rapid City Rush are looking for energetic, outgoing, and reliable individuals to join the Rush Noisemakers for home games. This part-time position is a great opportunity for hands-on experience in the sports industry while helping create an exciting and memorable experience for Rush fans.

Rush Noisemakers support the execution of the game-night experience by assisting game-day staff, including the in-game host and mascot, Nugget.

Qualifications

• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with fans.
• Able to follow a game-night schedule and complete tasks on time.
• Able to think on their feet and adapt quickly during live events.
• Able to take direction and work effectively with game-day staff.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist game-night staff with promotions during timeouts and intermissions.
• Prepare props, prizes, and promotional materials.
• Escort contestants, explain contest instructions, and manage participants.
• Assist with contests, giveaways, T-shirt tosses, fan engagement, and promos.
• Set up and teardown of promotional materials and displays.
