Job summary

Oak View Group (via Hartford Wolf Pack) seeks energetic individuals to join the Howl Squad, bringing high-energy entertainment to PeoplesBank Arena during Wolf Pack game nights. You will engage fans, participate in promo activities, and help energize crowds across events.

The role emphasizes comfort on camera, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Prior cheer/dance/hype experience is preferred, skating ability is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience on a Cheer/Dance/Hype squad or similar background preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and comfort performing in front of crowds.
• Ability to stand for long periods and navigate varied surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Work during Wolf Pack game nights to energize the arena.
• Assist in setting up Sonar’s locker and staff areas.
• Greet fans and interact throughout the game.
• Select fans for promo timeouts and intermission activities.
• Assist with activation of promo timeouts and intermission activities.
• Be willing to be on camera as a hype person.
