Job summary

SEARHC seeks a Provider Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to drive the front-end recruitment lifecycle, identifying and engaging passive physician and APP candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. You will partner with medical leadership and the Senior Provider Recruiter to understand clinical profiles and deliver qualified warm leads.

The role emphasizes market research, digital sourcing, cold outreach, and relationship-building across Southeast Alaska’s healthcare system, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or healthcare administration.
• 2–3 years of physician recruitment sourcing/recruiting experience.
• Experience with recruiting databases, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience sourcing physicians and APPs in rural/underserved healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEARHC mission, vision and values in all responsibilities.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via databases, networks, job boards, social platforms, conferences, and referrals.
• Perform initial outreach, qualification, and cultural/mission-fit screening.
• Present sourced candidates to Provider Recruiter and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Maintain active job postings on recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain a qualified provider talent pipeline across specialties.
• Track sourcing metrics and refine strategies.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual career fairs and enter attendee data in Workday.
• Assist Senior Provider Recruiter and Provider Services Director with projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
