Job summary

Hopscotch Primary Care seeks a board-certified physician to lead daily clinic operations and deliver high-quality care to a dedicated patient panel in North Carolina.

You will guide a comprehensive care team, coordinate across physicians, and participate in clinical forums to promote value-based care and continuous improvement. This role is based in Spruce Pine and/or Burnsville, NC, with strong compensation and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active North Carolina medical license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the clinic teams and deliver high-quality care.
• Coordinate care across the Hopscotch care model and diverse teams.
• Lead, participate in clinical forums and team huddles to drive excellence.
