Job summary

Hopscotch Primary Care in Spruce Pine/Burnsville, NC is seeking a physician leader to deliver high-quality primary care. You will guide the clinic team, oversee patient panels, and champion the Hopscotch care model while maintaining excellent patient experiences and outcomes.

The role requires board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, an active NC license, and eligibility to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for clinic teams while delivering high-quality care.
• Oversee care team and coordinate comprehensive primary care for patient panel.
• Lead documentation, coding, and care workflows to ensure best-in-class outcomes.
• Collaborate with care team to enhance value-based care and patient experience.

Education

Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Active North Carolina state medical license
