Hopscotch Primary Care, rooted in rural North Carolina, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to lead clinic teams and deliver high-quality, value-based care across our Spruce Pine and Burnsville locations. Qualifications

• 2+ years post-residency required.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active North Carolina medical license required.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and lead clinic teams within Hopscotch care model.
• Oversee clinical care team including AP, MA, Care Manager and others.
• Coordinate care and ensure positive patient outcomes for your panel.
• Deliver routine and acute primary care visits, including wellness visits and telehealth.
• Support care model training, EMR migration, and clinic operations.
• Lead talent and culture initiatives to attract, develop, and retain staff.
