Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
• Develops strategic and operational project management plans.
• Generates innovative, data-driven, results-oriented solutions to complex challenges.
• Responds quickly to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication; excels in active listening and engagement.
