Job summary

FUSE Corps is seeking an Executive Fellow to join Centerton, Arkansas, for a two-year data-driven community and economic development fellowship embedded in city government.

The Fellow will help translate rapid growth into a vibrant downtown by aligning market intelligence, planning priorities, and community engagement, with Year One focused on discovery and strategy and Year Two on scaling solutions and institutionalizing tools.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Experience developing strategic and operational project management plans.
• Proven track record delivering data-driven, results-oriented solutions.

Responsibilities

• Embed in government agencies to lead data-driven economic development projects.
• Develop market intelligence, community engagement, and decision-support tools.
• Lead discovery, strategy development, and early implementation in Year One.
• Coordinate with city leadership, Planning Department, and stakeholders.
• Build broad coalitions to support project implementation efforts.
