Job summary

Arizona Department of Health Services in Phoenix seeks a Maternal and Fetal Health Program Manager 3 to lead statewide strategies and implement evidence-based interventions under the Rural Health Transformation Program. Lead workforce development and collaborate with partners to improve maternal and infant health outcomes.

The role advances AIM bundles, obstetric simulation, and perinatal mental health initiatives, using data and CQI to guide direction and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health or related field; relevant public health experience preferred.
• Master's degree in public health may substitute for 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide maternal and fetal health strategies aligned with ADHS priorities.
• Provide technical assistance to healthcare systems and tribal partners.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, tribal health entities, and local agencies.
• Drive data-informed program improvement and monitor performance metrics.
• Represent the program in statewide and national discussions and initiatives.
• Perform other duties related to maternal and fetal health initiatives.
