Job summary

Arizona Department of Health Services is seeking an Adolescent Health Program Manager to lead youth mental health, bullying prevention, and teen pregnancy prevention initiatives. The role requires collaboration with contractors, data reporting, and compliance with state and federal requirements.

The position supports a hybrid work schedule and statewide travel. The AHPM will maintain OWH websites, develop program materials, and ensure fidelity of evidence-based interventions while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years experience in health programs related to the assignment.
• Experience in youth mental health programming and/or Youth Mental Health First Aid is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with diverse partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage program contracts and provide day-to-day technical assistance to contracted programs.
• Review contractor invoices and reports; monitor budgets and developPurchase orders; ensure policy compliance.
• Write grants, training materials, and annual reports; prepare RFPs and evaluate proposals.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, conferences, and contractor communications; produce presentations per Brand Standards.
• Update websites and collaborate with IT on content and site enhancements.
