Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate’s degree.
• Two years of related experience in loan administration, office operations, or customer service within financial services or mortgage/ title insurance context (or equivalent).
• Fundamental understanding of loan processes and delivering customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle routine inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Process loan applications, review for accuracy and completeness, and organize applicant information.
• Enter loan data into origination systems, pull credit reports, and generate scores.
• Assist with document requests from title companies and coordinate with departments for reviews.
• Support loan closings and post-closing activities, ensuring proper documentation.
