Capital Farm Credit seeks a Loan Officer to manage existing relationships and develop new lending opportunities in a rural-agriculture focused cooperative. You will assess loan requests, maintain portfolios, and work within delegated authority to support member success.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Solid understanding of accounting/finance concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow current business relationships and pursue new accounts.
• Evaluate and approve loans within delegated authority; escalate beyond limits.
• Develop loan portfolios and implement sales strategies to grow client base.
• Promote the association and maintain good public/member relations.
• Perform loan analysis, underwriting, and servicing tasks as needed.
