Job summary

Capital Farm Credit is seeking an experienced Loan Administrator to manage moderately complex commercial, syndicated, and participated loan portfolios. You will support customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate credit documentation and servicing throughout the loan lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in loan administration or related experience, with strong knowledge of lending processes and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or legal studies.
• Three to five years of loan administration experience with commercial lending, syndication or participation loans.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and coordinating between internal and external parties.
• Assist with credit approvals, documentation, and closing conditions for complex loan transactions.
• Review underwriting documents, term sheets, and financing proposals for accuracy.
• Maintain loan files, reporting, and servicing documentation with limited oversight.
• Support deal team in preparing closing and servicing packets for loan closings and ongoing servicing.
