Capital Farm Credit is seeking an entry-level Loan Administrator to join our team in Texas. The role involves basic loan administration, loan accounting, content management, and providing strong customer service to borrowers and internal partners.

You will administer simple to moderate loan portfolios, respond to inquiries, and support business development by delivering knowledgeable service as the first point of contact in person or by phone.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or associate’s degree required.
• Two years of related experience in loan administration, office operations, or customer service with exposure to financial services, mortgage, title insurance industry, or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers and handle inquiries, directing issues to senior staff as needed.
• Process loan applications, review for accuracy, and communicate additional needs to applicants.
• Enter loan data into systems, obtain credit reports, and generate credit scores.
• Coordinate loan closings and onboarding of new loans into accounting systems.
