Amazon.com Services LLC in Erie, PA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a salaried and hourly team, drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance, and push improvements through data-driven decisions.

You will mentor staff, manage large-scale projects with site and regional impact, and coordinate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet customer delivery promises. Training 6+ weeks away from home site will be arranged and paid.

Formación

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a large team across shifts and functions.
• Execute productivity plans via forecasts and load-balancing with leadership.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet objectives.
• Handle physical tasks and work in varied environments and temperatures.
• Support training and travel for 6+ weeks at an off-site site.
