Amazon is hiring an Operations Manager to lead a salaried and hourly team at an operating site. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while guiding teams through data-driven improvements to meet customer delivery promises.

The role includes 6+ weeks of in-role training at a site 50+ miles from the home site, with travel booked and paid by Amazon. Expect a flexible schedule including weekends and overnights, supporting last-mile delivery operations across our Rural Super

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Create and implement productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
