Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System seeks a Community Health Worker Supervisor for the Thrive digital depression treatment program across southeast, south central, and west Kansas counties. This full-time role is hosted by the KU Medical Center Department of Family Medicine and Community Health, funded for 12 months with potential extension up to 5 years.

You will supervise CHWs, coordinate regional deployments, and support CQI reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CHW training completed.
• Three years of experience as a community health worker or health navigator.
• One year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train CHWs.
• Maintain deployment documentation and readiness checklists.
• Coordinate deployment of user resources at clinical sites.
