Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience in program management, project management, healthcare operations, implementation support, or related roles.
• Education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience coordinating multi-site projects or community-based initiatives.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience coordinating workforce development, training programs, or implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional deployment readiness activities and implementation timelines for participating sites.
• Lead regional implementation activities and coordinate rollout across participating sites and partners.
• Monitor workforce capacity and promote continuity across regional sites.
• Coordinate regional participation in program evaluation, performance monitoring, and CQI activities.
• Monitor barriers to access and enrollment, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Serve as primary regional liaison between participating organizations, project leadership, and community partners.
• Support alignment between regional activities and statewide program goals.
