Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 3 years of experience as a certified community health worker.
• Certifications: ECHOS Database and Supervisory trainings (or completed within 3 months).
• Train the Trainer Certification (or completed after hire).

Responsibilities

• Plan statewide CHW training priorities and implementation timelines.
• Co-lead development and delivery of CHW trainings statewide.
• Coordinate monthly virtual learning collaboratives for CHWs and Supervisors.
• Provide coaching and technical assistance to CHWs and Supervisors.
• Present program updates and findings at conferences and meetings.
