• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train CHWs.
• Coordinate deployment of user resources and onboarding materials at clinical sites.
• Guide CHWs through coaching sessions, provide training opportunities, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Supervise CHWs and organize workflows and schedules.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting for CQI and program evaluation.
