University of Kansas Medical Center is seeking a Community Health Worker Supervisor for the Central Kansas region within Family Medicine. The role involves supervising CHWs, coordinating deployments, and maintaining CQI reporting for Thrive’s digital depression treatment program across rural counties.

Travel within the service area is required. Applicants must reside in or relocate to Central Kansas; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of CHW training within 3 months of employment.
• Completion of ECHOS supervisory training within 3 months of employment.
• Three years as a CHW with one year in a supervisory role.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train CHWs.
• Coordinate deployment and onboarding materials at clinical sites.
• Lead coaching sessions and performance evaluations for CHWs.
• Track CHW performance and participate in monthly CQI reporting.
