Job summary

University of Kansas Medical Center in Garden City, KS, seeks a Regional Hub Program Coordinator to support Thrive Kansas Digital Mental Health Initiative. You will coordinate onboarding, training, meetings, documentation, and reporting while ensuring CQI and stakeholder communications across rural sites.

The role requires strong organization, ability to manage multi-site workflows, and experience coordinating with CHWs, providers, and partners.

Qualifications

Two years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
Experience coordinating meetings, training activities, and workflows with multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate regional onboarding, deployment, and access setup activities.
Maintain deployment task lists, documentation and project records.
Schedule deployment-related meetings and communications.
Log and monitor technical issues and route to appropriate personnel.
Track training attendance, certifications and related documentation.
Support onboarding and implementation activities for participating sites and staff.
Coordinate stakeholder communications to support adoption of digital health services.
Document workflow changes and operational improvements for consistency.
