Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience managing hospital or healthcare operations, budgets, and teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, quality, and patient-safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for assigned hospital departments and services.
• Partner with nursing, medical staff, and clinical leaders to ensure coordinated patient care and smooth patient flow.
• Help manage departmental operating budgets and monitor expenses and productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and staff; promote engagement and retention.
• Support readiness for regulatory surveys and monitor quality, safety, and compliance metrics.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians and clinical staff; support recruitment and retention.
• Participate in hospital strategic planning and service-line development.
