Coastal-Home-Health-&-Hospice- seeks a Registered Nurse to provide skilled home health and hospice services in Oregon. You will assess patients, manage care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care in home settings across Brookings, Gold Beach, and nearby areas.

Responsibilities include supervising aides, educating patients and families, and maintaining meticulous documentation.

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Must hold a current unencumbered RN license to practice in Oregon.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to hire.

Mansioni

• Functions as a member of the Home Health Interdisciplinary Team and follows the Plan of Care.
• Assumes primary case management responsibilities for individual patient/family.
• Provides skilled nursing care including assessments, pain management, medications, wound care, and IV therapy.
