Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Rural Healthcare Recruitment & Retention to oversee a statewide healthcare workforce funding program. You will manage recruitment/retention funding, grant administration, and budget compliance, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure program success.

The role focuses on rural healthcare facilities, with a strong emphasis on grant governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or public administration.
• 5+ years in program/project management, grant administration, or healthcare operations.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, budgets, documentation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of grant management, funding administration, financial monitoring, or compliance processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
