Job summary

The University of New Hampshire seeks a Clinical Partnerships Core Co-Lead to drive strategic leadership for partnerships with healthcare providers, systems, and community stakeholders across New Hampshire. You will shape workforce development, training, and clinical education aligned with rural health priorities.

As part of the leadership team, you will manage data integrity, funding strategies, and stakeholder engagement, while translating partner needs into actionable programs across the RHT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years of healthcare workforce development experience.
• Experience collaborating with diverse partners and leading multi-partner initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of Clinical Partnership Core initiatives.
• Develop annual work plans, timelines, objectives, milestones, and performance measures.
• Coordinate regional clinical partnerships and convene stakeholder meetings to advance core objectives.
• Support recruitment, training, and placement site development for clinical education.
• Monitor workforce data, create dashboards, and inform decision making.
