Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus two years of administrative, program coordination or project support experience.
• Healthcare, education, public health, or community programs experience is beneficial.
• Coursework or certifications in project management (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean) or equivalent applied experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for Sim Core activities, including scheduling, communication, and data gathering.
• Manage logistics for training sessions, workshops, events, and partner meetings.
• Track milestones, deliverables and timelines to ensure progress.
• Prepare program materials, reports, agendas, and documentation.
