Job summary

The University System of New Hampshire seeks a Simulation Training Lead to design and implement a statewide distance-based training platform for rural health infrastructure. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Healthcare Education, Public Health, Health Professions Education, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in workforce development, training program management, instructional design, healthcare education, or related field.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale training programs, educational initiatives, or learning platforms.
• Experience developing and delivering synchronous, asynchronous, and hybrid learning experiences.
• Experience providing leadership or coordination of staff, project teams, faculty, consultants, or other contributors.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience building partnerships across healthcare, education, government, nonprofit, or workforce development organizations.
• Experience utilizing LMS, educational technologies, or digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve a statewide simulation-based training platform for rural communities.
• Coordinate development and centralization of shared training resources and instructional materials.
• Lead instructional design team and organize training workshops (asynchronous, synchronous, and in-person).
• Support partnerships with education stakeholders and measure program impact for continuous improvement.
