EPITEC is seeking a Program Coordinator Facilitator to support a statewide rural healthcare workforce initiative focused on expanding clinical training capacity across outpatient primary care, behavioral health, and dental settings. Location: Providence, RI; Hybrid, 2 days onsite. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30-4:30.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection, management, validation, analysis, and interpretation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data presentation.
• Experience developing and monitoring program KPIs.
• Experience with REDCap or similar data collection system.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate complex data into reports and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement program plans, timelines, budgets, and evaluation activities.
• Coordinate clinical placements, mentorship, continuing education, incentive programs.
• Help expand rural clinical training opportunities.
• Analyze operational procedures and prepare findings.
• Support implementation of healthcare workforce legislation and guidance.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, institutions, and stakeholders.
• Assist with program applications, contracts, budgets, invoices, and reports.
• Monitor progress toward goals, deliverables, and contractual requirements.
• Provide technical assistance and ongoing coordination.
• Collect, manage, validate, and analyze workforce data.
• Develop REDCap databases, data dictionaries, reporting tools.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends.
• Develop KPIs and program outcomes.
• Perform data quality assurance and cleaning.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with GIS resources for geographic data.
• Conduct literature reviews and environmental scans.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows.
