Job summary

Radiant Digital is seeking a Program Coordinator Facilitator to support the Office of Primary Care and Rural Health (OPCRH) in Rhode Island. The role focuses on implementing, administering, and planning the Rural Training Sites and Residency Support Program to strengthen clinical training in rural outpatient primary care, behavioral health, and dental practices.

The successful candidate will coordinate multiple tasks, translate data into clear reports, and collaborate with healthcare providers,

Qualifications

• A thorough knowledge and experience with public health programs, grants, contracts, healthcare workforce initiatives, or government programs.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection, management, validation, analysis, and interpretation.
• Experience developing and monitoring program performance measures, key performance indicators, and outcomes.
• Experience with REDCap or similar data collection and database management systems.
• Or any combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to the above.
