Job summary

HCH Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Workforce Program Analyst to support Rhode Island’s Rural Health Transformation Program. Responsibilities include grants, contracts, and data-driven reporting under federal/state requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in program support, with strong writing and stakeholder engagement skills. This is a hybrid RI-based position with a start date as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of project and program administration, including federal grant requirements, project tracking, documentation and compliance.
• Familiarity with Rhode Island administrative, procurement, contracting, and grant-management processes is preferred.
• Ability to research, organize, analyze and clearly present information; manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support grants, contracts, subrecipient activities, and vendor deliverables in line with federal and state rules.
• Maintain project workplans, timelines, performance tracking, reporting, and records.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and program evaluation activities.
• Coordinate with partners, prepare meetings, and communicate across stakeholders.
• Research workforce, education, rural health, and grant policies to inform program design.
