Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor for Rural Health to support day-to-day clinical and administrative operations across rural sites, including mobile units and community partnerships. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of clinical operations experience; equivalent experience considered.
• Active RN or LPN license required across states.
• ACEN/CCNE accreditation preferred.
• Nursing license valid and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site operational point-of-contact for rural health sites, including mobile units and partnerships with community clinics.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing coverage, and logistics across dispersed rural locations to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Collaborate with logistics, biomed, and clinical teams to review inventory data and identify patterns such as backorders or waste.
• Participate in special projects requiring general healthcare knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain awareness of rural barriers to care and propose practical mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including VA/DoD, CMS standards, and state practice acts.
• Support credentialing, licensure verification, and privileging for clinical staff with telehealth and multi-state licensure in mind.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on service gaps and patient experience concerns; develop improvement plans.
• Analyze business and operational requirements; manage projects to optimize outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports, executive briefings, and performance dashboards for leadership and federal customers.
