Job summary

Quincy Medical Group seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead daily operations across Illinois rural clinic locations. You will oversee staffing, workflows, patient care, and ensure high-quality service while developing teams and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires an Illinois RN or LPN license, 5+ years nursing experience, and prior leadership. Travel between clinics is required; daytime hours with on-site presence and hands-on clinical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license required.
• Minimum of five years nursing experience required.
• Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Willingness and ability to travel between Illinois rural clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient workflows across assigned rural clinic locations to maintain consistent, efficient patient care.
• Establish clear expectations, provide direction, and hold team members accountable for performance, quality, and service standards.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve workflows and team effectiveness.
• Coordinate staff schedules, float coverage, and staffing needs, providing direct clinical support when necessary.
• Partner with providers and leadership to establish priorities and achieve department goals.
• Lead employee development through coaching, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
