Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Clinical Team Coordinator to lead daily clinical operations, coordinate staffing, and supervise clinical staff across shifts. You will partner with the Nurse Manager to ensure alignment with clinical vision, standards of care, and operational priorities.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, staff development, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes and experience, with involvement in scheduling, budgeting, and policy implementation

Qualifications

• BSN required and an active RN license in PA.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• PA RN license upon hire; NJ RN license upon hire if applicable.
• Active licensure in state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical and operational resource to support patient care on a 24/7 basis.
• Oversee departmental scheduling, staffing, and coverage requirements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and escalation support for clinical staff.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure consistency of plans of care and patient throughput.
• Manage day-to-day budget and payroll reconciliation; monitor cost savings.
• Support in staff education, performance development, and adherence to standards.
