Job summary

Quincy Medical Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor for our Illinois rural clinic locations. You will lead daily clinical operations, coordinate staffing, and ensure high-quality patient care across multiple sites.

This role requires an RN or LPN license with at least five years of nursing experience and prior leadership. You will travel between clinics, oversee workflows, and mentor teams to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Illinois RN or LPN license required.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience.
• Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily clinical operations across rural clinic locations.
• Coordinate staffing, float coverage, and staffing needs; provide hands-on clinical support when needed.
• Lead employee development through coaching, training, mentoring, and evaluations.
• Monitor clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and policies across locations.
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to set priorities and drive performance improvements.
