Pharmacy1st Health is building a nationwide rural care network, launching clinics co-located with pharmacies and delivering integrated services. The Senior Manager, Clinic Operations will own licensing, documentation, site readiness, and day-to-day operations while traveling 25–30% to support sites and train staff across Matilda clinics.

This role requires NP licensure, multi-site healthcare operations experience, and strong cross-functional leadership to standardize care and scale the network

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations across multiple sites.
• Active NP license with urgent care or ER experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects independently.
• Experience delivering hands-on clinical training to staff.
• Willing to travel 25–30% and base in DC area if needed.

Responsibilities

• Own clinic launch readiness network-wide with strategy and timelines.
• Oversee credentialing and enrollment across the network.
• Develop and maintain launch checklists, staffing, licensing, and SOPs.
• Provide on-site clinic operations support and issue resolution.
• Deliver in-person clinical training and standardize care across sites.
• Document workflows and playbooks; ensure cross-site consistency.
• Coordinate with HR, legal, compliance, and vendors; report risks.
