Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinical personnel to ensure high quality patient care.
• Administers medications and treatments and documents in medical records.
• Plan staffing, assign work, delegate tasks and approve overtime.
• Serve as resource for clinic staff on policies and patient care techniques.
• Interview, hire, orient and train clinic personnel; evaluate performance.
