Job summary

Pharmacy1st Health is expanding its rural clinic network and seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee a cluster of Pharmacy1st-owned pharmacies. You will be the P&L owner for each location, driving revenue growth and profitability while supporting Pharmacists in Charge and ensuring consistent execution across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharmacy or healthcare operations.
• Experience managing multiple locations.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership.
• Ability to interpret site-level financials and act.
• Experience leading performance reviews and cadences.
• Excellent communication with frontline teams and leadership.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Own regional P&L and drive revenue and profitability.
• Oversee daily operations across pharmacies in the region.
• Lead business reviews with Pharmacists in Charge.
• Travel frequently to pharmacies and support site execution.
