Pharmacy1st Health is building rural healthcare infrastructure by transforming independent pharmacies into integrated care hubs. The Manager, Clinic Construction, will oversee design coordination, vendor selection, and execution of clinic buildouts across markets.

This hands-on role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, and pharmacy teams to deliver on time, within budget, and ready for clinical operations while scaling a repeatable buildout playbook for future sites.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in construction project management or related roles.
• Direct experience managing timelines, budgets, and vendors.
• Experience with architects, general contractors, and permitting authorities.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate across stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own construction timelines from design through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and vendor accountability.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, landlords, pharmacy teams, and local officials to keep projects moving.
• Track project risks and resolve delays related to permitting, materials, construction issues, inspections, or vendor performance.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, budget, risks, and key decisions.
