Pharmacy1st Health seeks a Senior Manager, Clinic Operations to lead launch and ongoing operations of its rural clinic network. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations across multiple sites.
• Active NP licensure with urgent care or ER experience.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects independently, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own clinic launch readiness network-wide and coordinate strategy/timelines.
• Oversee provider credentialing and enrollment across the network.
• Lead resolution of operational issues across clinic sites and track network-wide performance metrics.
• Travel 25–30% to support clinic sites and deliver on-site clinical training.
• Own SOPs and launch playbooks used across the network.
• Serve as primary coordinator between clinic operations, clinical leadership, HR, legal, and vendors.
