Job summary

Pharmacy1st Health is expanding rural clinic networks and integrating pharmacy services to improve access and outcomes. This leadership role oversees regulatory compliance, daily operations, and team mentorship across pharmacists and technicians.

You will drive quality, efficiency, and patient care, while coordinating with clinicians to implement immunization programs and new clinical services, all within a fast‑growing rural healthcare startup.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Texas Board of Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 1 year of community or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of pharmacy regulations and insurance billing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage inventory and workflow to support efficient service.
• Provide patient care through accurate dispensing and counseling.
• Mentor and manage pharmacists, technicians, and interns.
• Implement quality assurance and safety programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support growth through immunizations and clinical programs.
• Maintain documentation for audits and reporting.
