SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Cardiologist for a permanent, full-time role in La Grande, OR (Rural Eastern Oregon). The position includes relocation assistance with a competitive total compensation package and four 10-hour days on day shift.

You will join a growing cardiac team at a Critical Access Hospital, performing outpatient and inpatient cardiovascular care, non-invasive testing, and device management, in a supportive rural community environment.

Qualifications

• MD from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Cardiology Fellowship.
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient and consultative inpatient cardiovascular care.
• Perform and interpret non-invasive studies including echocardiograms, stress tests, and EKG/Holter monitoring.
• Manage long-term cardiac conditions for the local population.
• Supervision of stress testing in the co-located Respiratory Therapy department.
• Interpretation of cardiac imaging, ECGs, and device interrogation reports.
• Management of implantable cardiac devices.
• Perform minor procedures including implantation/removal of loop recorders, cardioversion, and TEE.
• Partner with primary care providers and the hospitalist team to ensure seamless transitions of care.
• Help shape the future of cardiac services within a growing rural healthcare system
