Talent Solutions Partners invites applications for a Cardiologist in La Grande, OR. This permanent, full-time role offers four 10-hour days, day shift, with relocation assistance.

You will provide outpatient and consultative inpatient cardiovascular care in a rural Critical Access Hospital setting. We seek a board-certified cardiologist with fellowship training, an active license, and a strong commitment to high-quality community care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Fellowship in Cardiology completed.
• Active, unrestricted US state medical license.
• Board certification or eligibility in cardiovascular disease.
• Commitment to high-quality, community-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient and consultative inpatient cardiovascular care.
• Perform and interpret non-invasive studies including echocardiograms, stress tests, and EKG/Holter monitoring.
• Manage long-term cardiac conditions for the local population.
• Supervision of stress testing in the co-located Respiratory Therapy department.
• Interpretation of cardiac imaging, ECGs, and device interrogation reports.
• Management of implantable cardiac devices.
• Perform minor procedures including implantation/removal of loop recorders, cardioversion, and TEE.
• Partner with primary care providers and the hospitalist team to ensure seamless transitions of care.
• Help shape the future of cardiac services within a growing rural healthcare system.
