Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Cardiologist to join a rural Eastern Oregon Critical Access Hospital in La Grande, OR. This permanent, full-time role offers four 10-hour days, day shift, and relocation assistance to support you joining a thriving community practice.

The position requires an MD with Cardiology Fellowship, board eligibility or certification, and an unrestricted state license. You will provide outpatient and inpatient cardiovascular care, perform non-invasive studies,

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• Cardiology Fellowship completed.
• Active, unrestricted state medical license.
• Board certified or board eligible in cardiovascular disease.
• Strong commitment to high-quality, community-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient and consultative inpatient cardiovascular care.
• Perform and interpret non-invasive studies including echocardiograms, stress tests, and EKG/Holter monitoring.
• Manage long-term cardiac conditions for the local population.
• Supervision of stress testing in the co-located Respiratory Therapy department.
• Interpretation of cardiac imaging, ECGs, and device interrogation reports.
• Management of implantable cardiac devices.
• Perform minor procedures including implantation/removal of loop recorders, cardioversion, and TEE.
• Partner with primary care providers and the hospitalist team to ensure seamless transitions of care.
• Help shape the future of cardiac services within a growing rural healthcare system.
