Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Cardiologist in La Grande, OR, to provide high-quality outpatient and inpatient cardiovascular care in a rural hospital setting. The role offers four 10-hour days, relocation assistance, and day shift with permanent, full-time employment.

Compensation ranges from $600K to $670K+ per year, plus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll work with a supportive team and have opportunities to manage implants, perform non-invasive studies, and shape

Competenze

• Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited school.
• Completion of an accredited Cardiology Fellowship
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality outpatient and consultative inpatient cardiovascular care.
• Perform and interpret non-invasive studies including echocardiograms, stress tests, and EKG/Holter monitoring
• Manage long-term cardiac conditions for the local population
• Supervision of stress testing in the co-located Respiratory Therapy department.
• Interpretation of cardiac imaging, ECGs, and device interrogation reports.
• Management of implantable cardiac devices.
• Perform minor procedures including implantation/removal of loop recorders, cardioversion, and TEE.
• Partner with primary care providers and the hospitalist team to ensure seamless transitions of care
• Help shape the future of cardiac services within a growing rural healthcare system
