Qualifications

• MD from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Cardiology Fellowship.
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Commitment to high-quality care in a community-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and consultative inpatient cardiovascular care.
• Perform and interpret non-invasive studies (echocardiograms, stress tests, EKG/Holter).
• Manage long-term cardiac conditions for the local population.
• Supervise stress testing in the Respiratory Therapy department.
• Interpret cardiac imaging, ECGs, and device reports.
• Manage implantable cardiac devices and procedures (e.g., loop recorders, cardioversion, TEE).
• Collaborate with primary care and hospitalists for seamless transitions of care.
• Shape future cardiac services in a growing rural system.

Education

MD (Medical Doctor)

Cardiology Fellowship

Active, Unrestricted State Medical License

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
