Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead/oversee RM program operations including supervising coordinators and volunteers and ensuring strong team communication and collaboration.
• Represent and promote the RM wellness model through community engagement, conferences, and partnerships, and assist with fundraising, grant writing, and donor initiatives.
• Manage program logistics and operations, including staffing coverage, team meetings, budgeting, reporting, and maintaining an active on-site presence at program events.

Additional Areas of Responsibility

• Support & expand RM programming across communities and schools, including regular engagement with satellite sites, and maintaining alignment with organizational standards.
• Plan & execute key program activities and events such as coach retreats and the annual Gratitude Run, including contributing to fundraising goals and special events.
• Ensure compliance w/ organizational policies and maintain accurate, confidential records, including volunteer screening, waivers, and program documentation.

Other Information/Requirements

In addition to seated work at a desk, this position requires moving and lifting boxes of 30+ pounds, tables, chairs and other objects as needed. The Program Manager leads physical activities such as walking, running, stretching, bending, and other movement. This position requires the ability to walk or run for considerable distance and standing for extended periods of time.
