Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversees Running Medicine logistics, working within RM’s model of wellness (mind, body, spirit, social) in support of NHI’s mission to achieve health equity through Loving Service with Indigenous Communities.
• Maintain accurate record keeping, confidentiality & professionalism.
• Lead efforts to make RM a model for Indigenous communities.
• Organize & track registration of all RM core program participants including fees, waivers, etc.
• Maintain & improve upon Standard Operating Procedures.

Additional Areas of Responsibility

• Manage accurate and up‑to‑date RM merchandise inventory.
• Support RM locations in assisting with the implementation of their program.
• Attend RM biweekly meetings.
• Work with RM team to ensure successful special events such as fun runs, hosting XC or track meets.
• Attend 2+ RM Celebrations per week.
• Draft social media posts and marketing flyers for the RM program as needed.
• Any other tasks as appropriate and delegated by the RM Program Manager and/or Executive Director.

Other Information / Requirements

This role will be an anticipated 10 hours per week. Must be available evenings. In addition to seated work at a desk, this position requires moving and lifting items of 30+ pounds, tables, chairs and other objects as needed. The Logistics Coordinator may lead physical activities such as walking, running, stretching, bending, and other movement. This position requires the ability to walk or run for considerable distance and standing for extended periods of time.
