Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the best possible customer experience in our retail stores. You will share passion for our products and invite everyone into the HOKA community through outstanding service.

You will learn product details, operate the cash register, maintain store standards, stock shelves, and support management. A high school diploma and strong communication help you shine in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Brand Vision, Mission and Values.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies as a HOKA Expert and answer questions before customers leave.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and daily housekeeping; operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Promote store and Brand image in all interactions; assist management with administrative tasks and inventory checks.
• Report to work on time and notify management if late or absent.
