Job summary

Cinépolis USA, a luxury cinema exhibitor, seeks team members for concessions and guest services in a theater setting. Deliver items to guests with attention to quality and speed, while maintaining Cinépolis standards of service and hospitality.

You will work closely with the expediter and team to ensure orders are accurate and hot, assist customers at the concessions or box office, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for all guests across nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of food running or bussing preferred.
• ServSafe, Food Handling, and Alcohol training certifications required.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations.
• Must maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Have integrity and can be counted on to do the right thing.
• Available nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests following In Seat Dining procedures.
• Collaborate with expediter to ensure orders are correct and timely.
• Guide guests through the menu and upsell Cinepolis offerings when possible.
• Clean auditoriums and remove dishes, trash, and report found items to management.
• Assist guests at concessions or box office and scan tickets as needed.
• Handle guest complaints and refer to appropriate resource if unable to assist.
• Report any movie projection issues to management.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures as required.
